What features do all Waveie plans include?
Every plan includes unlimited data with no hard cap, a gateway at no extra cost, self-installation in about ten minutes, the Waveie Price Promise, and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ultra and Elite add HBO Max, Hulu and Disney+ on us.
Will I need to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel any month with no early termination fee. There's no credit check either — no deposit, no hard pull, no soft pull.
Why doesn't Essentials list a speed?
Essentials runs at deprioritized speeds, which means it yields to other traffic when a tower is busy. There's still no hard data cap. It's available in select cities only and is the one plan without annual billing.
What's the difference between Ultra and Elite?
Ultra is one Ultra gateway with one LocalRoam Pass at $129/mo. Elite is the home + travel bundle: two Ultra gateways and two LocalRoam Passes for $159/mo — $99/mo less than buying two Ultra plans separately. Both include streaming.
How long does installation take?
